We had a nice stay overall, with some standout aspects such as the spacious and well-appointed rooms and a variety of pool options. However, the service left much to be desired, with long waits and a lack of attentiveness that detracted from our experience. The dining options were hit or miss, with some meals disappointing compared to what we expected from such a resort. While we appreciated the beautiful surroundings, the maintenance issues, especially regarding cleanliness, were concerning.

While the hotel has beautiful scenery and some great dining experiences, the poor service and lack of attention to maintenance in the rooms and common areas really detracted from the overall experience.
